IT Infrastructure

A stronger foundation. Every day.

Cabling, servers, backup and day-to-day support — one dependable foundation for everything else.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Every other system on site depends on the network beneath it. We build and maintain that layer — structured cabling, switching, servers, backup and security — then keep it running under a support agreement with clear response times.

Keep your business connected.

Each capability is designed, installed and supported end to end, then documented so your environment stays maintainable.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

IT questions we get asked

Do you support businesses without an internal IT team?

Yes — managed support gives you a help desk, monitoring and scheduled on-site visits under a defined SLA, which is how most of our SME clients operate.

Can you take over an environment someone else built?

Yes, after a documentation and condition review so both sides know what is being adopted and what needs remediation.

Do you provide test certificates for cabling?

Every link is certified and tested, with results and as-built documentation issued at handover.

Cat6 or Cat6A — which should we install for a new fit-out?

Cat6 is adequate for most office desks today. Cat6A is worth the extra for Wi-Fi 6E/7 access points and any run expected to carry multi-gigabit within the next decade, because rewiring a closed ceiling later is far more expensive.

Should we keep servers on-premise or move to the cloud?

It depends on the workload. Cloud wins on flexibility and small footprints; on-premise often wins on cost for steady heavy workloads and where UAE data residency is required. We compare both over a five-year horizon and recommend the split, not a default.
